Since my last post was a skincare routine I thought that this post would tie in nicely! Today I am going to share with you my strict hair routine and how I (try) to take care of my hair!
I normally switch between the Herbal Essences bio renew coconut milk shampoo and the Head & Shoulders citrus fresh 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner. I really love the Herbal Essences shampoo as it is free from parabens, gluten and colourants and is safe to use on coloured hair!
For conditioner I have recently been using the TRESemme keratin smooth because it has marula oil and keratin in it which are both ingredients that are amazing for your hair. This leaves my hair feeling so smooth and silky and helps to de-frizz my hair. p.s. I have left my conditioner at uni but heres a pic of the shampoo.
When I get out of the shower and my hair has dried a little but is still quite damp I like to run the Kiehl’s strengthening and hydrating hair oil-in-cream through the very ends of my hair. I have found that this has really helped my hair to become stronger after being soooo damaged for the longest time.
Once my hair is completely dry I run some Moroccan Oil treatment through my hair and I put quite a bit of this on. This also makes my hair look and feel so silky and also helps to de-frizz too. I only have a little bit of this left so I’m going to have to buy another soon 😦
When I apply any type of heat to my hair I always make sure to spray some heat protect spray on my hair. I love the TRESemme keratin smooth heat protect spray. This helpre to prevent my hair becoming damaged from heat and also makes it look shiny and smooth.
Even if I am not putting any heat on my hair I still like to spray lots of this all over the length of my hair because it makes my hair look so great. I also feel like the spray and the conditioner work so well together as they are from the same range!
When my hair is looking a bit greasy I love to use the Batiste dry shampoo in the cherry scent. OMG this smells sooo nice and also makes my hair look way more shiny and refreshed than it did before.
