BirchBox: January

Hey guys,

So last time I ordered the BirchBox I was quite disappointed with the products inside of it as I thought there would be more makeup products in it and so I was going to cancel my subscription – BUT then I was an idiot and completely forgot to do it!! So here we are again with another BirchBox review!

Lord & Berry Blusher Crayon- Camelia £15

I have never really been a fan of crayon type blushes or actually blush at all. I probably won’t be using this product in my day to day makeup regime but it is actually very creamy meaning it is very easy to blend out and the colour is so pretty.

Marcelle Waterproof Eyeliner – Charcoal £10.99

This eyeliner definitely is waterproof, I swatched it on the back of my hand and it didn’t come off for literally two days, even after scrubbing the back of my hand numerous amounts of times! I normally only use black eyeliners in my waterline, and although this is considered ‘black’ it actually has quite a browny tone to it, which I actually really like!

Thermaliv – Night Cream £15.75

This night cream contains some of the best ingredients for your skin such as sea chamomile which boosts the production of collagen and vitamin E that soothes and plumps the skin. The first night I put this cream on I didn’t really think it would do much for my skin but oh my god I am in love with this stuff! It deeply moisturised my face and made it feel so silky smooth without making my face feel or look greasy!

Orbie – Dry Texturising Spray £20

This is said to be a dry shampoo and texturiser all in one. I have been on the hunt for a good dry shampoo and I actually really like this one. It soaks up the oils in my hair whilst giving my hair a little volume meaning I can go a day without washing it (yay for us lazy people).

Afterspa – Amazing Makeup Remover £5.50

I haven’t actually used this yet but I cannot wait to give it a go, the cloth is soooooo soft and fluffy. I like the fact that you aren’t meant to use any cleansers with it and are just meant to soak the cloth with water because some days I really cannot be bothered doing the whole shebang of cleansing, toning blah blah blah. I’ll let you know how this works out for me on my Instagram!
